Mission

The American Red Cross is an organization led by volunteers and people. It is guided by the congressional charter and the fundamental principles of the international Red Cross. The Red Cross helps people who have been through disasters and other such problems.

Areas

The American Red Cross has many different areas for people. The notable common areas of The American Red Cross are Blood Services (donations), Volunteer Services, and Disaster Services. Other American Red Cross areas consist of nursing, youth services, international services, diversity, and military family/members.
